Everything is working fine, very convenient and most importantly on english which is also good coz manual written only in Korean(Two questions though: 1) Can you make phone number for invitation optional? 2) Possibility to change language of voice guide?

The app is always crashing and unable to connect to smart bridge/door lock

Doesn't retain lock information, and logged in state. I have to log in every time I open the app. Reminds me of the early days of Android app development. Thanks for the nostalgia. Also, it's impossible to connect it to Wi-Fi. In the last step it says "It may take up to a minute, Please Wait" but I've started a family, kids have gone to college and the Polity door lock is still trying to pair to the Smart Polity app.

Unable to find my lock after I changed Wi-Fi router, cannot even locate the lock to change Wi-Fi. Lousy.

Only worked once during setup. Then, Keys (pin/card/fingerprint) became empty with nothing. Record showed nothing. Wi-Fi connection has no problem. Basically, the App isn't working at all. Very disappointed. Regret buying this Brand.
