DON'T UPGRADE TO 3.3.07 It will break GSM module. I am constantly spammed with allerts from weak gsm signal after upgrading and the only solution was to remove the sim card.The device is now broken with limited functionality. FIX THIS ASAP.

with the latest update, the apps totally cannot be used. It keeps on stopping. Please do something to fix this problem immediately otherwise the whole alarm system will be useless.

Absolutely blew it on your last update. It won't work at all on the s8 with android 9. On the j7pro it opens the app but can't recall it's own saved user name and password that was previously created. It no longer communicates with device. Cannot receive alarm messages. Nor can you turn the alarm off or on.
