Great initiative, I must say. The process is really easy actually, but still some areas need to be taken care of, like sometimes the bike lock doesn't open and ride gets started...

Straight-up scam. They force you to deposit at least 300 just to qualify, and after completing the rides you only get the ride earnings, not the promised amount. Then, when you try to withdraw, the app demands a reason and leaves your request pending for months. On top of that, around 70% of the bikes are always under maintenance or simply unavailable. The track is crowded with walkers and baby strollers, making the whole experience feel like a complete joke. Avoid it.

Bicycles are not maintained well. Also, I have raised wallet money withdrawal request 2 times, but they are not returning the money back. Withdrawal request was in pending state more than a month.

This app should receive the award for worst app of the decade. 1) The app won't start easily, you have to do trial and errors to start the app 2) You need to have a minimum of 200 rs if you want to book a cycle and that money is non-refundable 3) Cycles are in the worst condition, not even 10% cycles are in good form. My ride got started, but the lock did not open, there is no one to ask about what to do and customer support is always unreachable. Give me my refund scammers.
