Ripp off. First, all hotels I wanted to visit outside of Spain weren't bookable far in advance so planning with smart box is poor. Also, you can get a cheaper rate for the same room for far less many times booking direct with motel. I was shocked, you're spending more money than you need to. Smart box is one of the biggest consumer ripoffs around. Save your money. Chose where you want to go, when you want to go planning yourself. If you get smart box as a gift don't open it, return it.

This is a pure scam, look at the reviews on Google. DO NOT BUY THIS. The customer service replies after three weeks, in the remote hypothesis that you manage to make a reservation on their website, the hotel won't accept your voucher, and you'll have to pay. And when you complain, you'll get a reply after two weeks suggesting to try a different browser. This is a scam, I have reported the company to my local police, and I'm considering to sue them. Bunch of clowns.
