Horrible experience. I got a Bongo for my bday, but all the issues with this app spoiled the fun. Searching for a place to spend my voucher was an absolute nightmare, both through the app and through the mobile website. The filters are just not working. When I tried to get help I got served in Italian (I'm from Belgium). And then, when I finally found a place to book my breakfast, they provided me with wrong contact details. Maybe switch back to a paper list for now guys ...

With each update, a new bug! These bugs often prevent you from actually using your bongo. And the website is even worse, so I don't know what the solution is... These past months the app (that I have set up in French) turns fully in Dutch whenever I click "find an experience" and there is nothing I can do. I probably have time to learn Dutch before the bug gets fixed...

Impossible to set location to my own city in Belgium. When allowing access to my location, it still isn't able to show me local experiences of categories I actually want to explore. Would have already deleted if I wasn't given a Bongo bon and would prefer to use it instead of let it expire. Based on this experience, I will never give one to anyone and will ask the one who gave me one to not do that again. Not worth the effort and headache of exchanging.
