Useless. You add all your details for a claim but when it comes to 'declare and submit', it gets stuck every time. Have to do it on the website. EDIT: Has just been updated and now works well. Now worth 4 stars instead of 1

Terrible app. Constantly logging me out and then have to uninstall and reinstall to get back in. It's been completely inaccessible for the past ten days, and simply won't send the verification code to my phone or email, so I can't log in. Smart Salary customer support just don't answer emails.

Can't even open app without it crashing. 7 years later and the app is still useless, can't even submit a claim...

It constantly requests login verification, and once verified, goes through the whole process again .... multiple times on multiple occasions. This app is such a dud - all I want to do is check the balance of my money!

The main purpose of the app is to submit claims, and it now can't even do that. It doesn't reflect well on the company.
