Useless. You add all your details for a claim but when it comes to 'declare and submit', it gets stuck every time. Have to do it on the website. EDIT: Has just been updated and now works well. Now worth 4 stars instead of 1

Most of the time I cant log in. it sends a sms verification code I type it in, it returns to the login prompt.

App is constantly getting stuck in log in loops... The website is somehow just easier.

One of the worst apps in existence. You either: - get stuck in an endless MFA login loop - get stuck unable to open to submit a claim section - get stuck with the system wanting your bank details which it's always had and never changed nor needing to be updated the whole time - just seemed to have forgotten them - get stuck in an endless "declare & submit" loop where it won't let you submit the claim. The only way to get it to work is uninstalled and reinstall which usually only lasts a week
