The companion app has been gradually improved with each new model. The current version works well enough. You can program multiple alarms, set vibration strength, and all the other things you need to do with a wireless alarm clock. There are a couple of things I would like to see for improvement. I would like to see the ability to pair with multiple smart shakers without having to delete the one you're currently connected to. Also, a dark mode would be nice.

I've always had trouble getting up sometimes I would sleep right through a regular alarm no matter how loud it was. Some friend of mine bought the Shaker alarm for me & I absolutely love it I haven't had any problems with it, and it always wakes me up!! I absolutely love it!!! ☺️

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app this product is a lifesaver for me!! I am legally deaf and wear 2 hearing aids. My deficit is right in the middle of speech. I cannot hear very high or very low tones and even wearing aids to bed if I'm laying on my dominant ear I don't hear an alarm clock. However, laying on my Smart shaker works! I put it just under my pillow inside the pillow case, and I lay my head over it, and it wakes me every time. It even has snooze control. Perfect!

Won't move past the pairing screen during initial setup. This making the app and shaker absolutely useless. It doesn't seem like iLuv responds to reviews either, so I doubt if anything will actually come from me leaving this one.

Alarm won't pair to my new phone! I reset it, yet it forver connecting to the device! Help!!! How do I get it to connect? It worked great with my previous phone, and I also haven't had this alarm that long, so this is very distressing.
