In general the app has worked well so far. It could be improved, however. Since it is meant to be used as a payment method at the cachier, speed and reliability is vital, to avoid frustrations when people in line are waiting for you. It could be faster and the user interface a bit more intuitive. The location request keeps spamming you and most cashiers are not familiar with the app. A more automatic way to pay than typing in the sum on the phone would be convenient. NFC payment, for instance.

Version 2.0.0 no longer remembers your latest restaurants, so you are forced to use the search every time. It also does not remember the previous amounts, so you have to type them in every time as well. This is supposed to be an app that people use to pay for their everyday lunch, typically in a couple of nearby restaurants which rarely change their prices. Whoever decided to implement these "improvements" would deserve to get fired.

Having to open an app to pay is a pain compared to Eden red. Not being able to pay the whole lunch on one go is a pain compared to E-Tasku. Location-based suggestions don't work too well, so you need to find the restaurant with search. It would be useful to have a button for the maximum payment instead of having to type it manually.

Abysmal. Can't login with bank information since the login will go to infinite loop. Login with email and password is not possible because the app uses browser that does not support secure login. Even when default browser is chrome. So it is not possible to use smartum benefits since you can't even log in to the app. Absolute nightmare of an app. And cant use my 200 euros of money in there. Nice work
