SmartVault

SmartVault is a mobile application that improves security and restricts access to a safe vault area with a strong room door. This system uses facial recognition technology and security rules to guarantee that only authorized employees have access to the vault. It also features a permission system for access outside of normal shift hours, which involves Assistant General Managers (AGMs). The system is intended for use in bank branches, government institutions, and other organizations that require high-security access control.

Conditions:
● Each door requires two authorized personnel to enter.
● All doors are linked, with the next one opening only when the preceding one closes.
● Authorized individuals enter the Vault Area through multiple doors from the Main Entrance.
● The SmartVault mobile app is used to verify their faces and adhere to the 4-eye principle. The vault will only open if all SOP conditions are met.

Working:
STEP 1: Initial Configuration: AGM needs a username and password to access the system. The pre-configured AGM's OTP is then verified using the cellphone number provided.

STEP 2: Once AGM is validated, connect to the app.
○ AGM requires to configure corporate and branch data.
○ Authorized employees are added with their data (empcode, name, contact number, and photo).
○ Set other settings, such as BLE name, door names, and DOTL timer.
○ Add any holidays.

STEP 3: Login as Branch Admin.
○ The authorized person will use the smartVault app to authenticate their face and unlock the vault. (Each time)

STEP 4: Scan the user's face and verify its authenticity with the system.

STEP 5:
○ Check the checklist to ensure all requirements are completed.
○ Only open the vault when all conditions are met.
