This app is brilliant. While it is evident that most people don't report the air quality when it is fine - it is super useful to be able to report horrible air quality on days like today where Pittsburgh is littered in a sea of crimson red reports. Thank you for making this. Hopefully it leads to change!

Fantastic. Shows wind direction at monitoring stations near major pollution sources. You can review citizen reports for a day and see who is affected, when and by what source. Now I know who causes the smells and symptoms I've been experiencing for three years. Armed with this knowledge, I continue to submit reports, but I also check the national weather service to see which way the wind is predicted to blow. I can close my windows to avoid symptoms if the predicted wind direction looks like trouble. I'd rather have breathable air, but this is a start. Thank you!

It is a good idea, but needs a lot of work. 3 points I want to make: I would've expected more pollution information in general. It's only useful if you literally live in downtown pgh. 90% of the reports are people complaining about their neighbors campfires, You know the types, the types of people who will call the cops at the drop of a hat. At least that's the impression I got.

Can't edit the time or location of the report. Therefore, useless unless you want to stop what you're doing and stand in the middle of the smell while you report it.
