Description

Message from Me enables young children to better communicate with their parents about their daytime activities at child care centers. Children send photo and audio messages of their activities, which family members can receive via the Message from Me Caregivers app. At home, families can spark conversations with their children about their messages, continue learning explorations from classroom activities, and foster a sense of home-school continuity.

Children take pictures with a tablet, record their messages right on the device, and send their messages off to Mom or Dad, Grandma or Grandpa, or even aunts and uncles. Parents and relatives can feel connected with their children and loved ones with small reminders of their activities throughout the day. Message from Me enhances adult-child conversations to improve the child's feeling of individuality, self-confidence, and well-being.

Login information from a teacher or administrator at a participating center is required to use this app.

Comments on Message from Me for Android

★★☆☆☆ This application does not work for my Google Pixel 8a. First of all, there is no option to create an account from the app. Opening the app lands on a login screen with no option for account creation. Second, after creating an account from the website, I attempted to log in and received a message stating that the app was only for educators.
