Love seeing dad in photos with other residents or staff members. My dad loves living there, and I appreciate the staff caring so well during the pandemic, my Dad was a trouper...but this SMILE APP, keeps me tuned in to see Dads face in the photos. The alerts they send to me let me know I have picture of my father to view. Love it!! Thank you very much.

I installed this app, but it won't let me change the password I fogot. It keeps saying that my email is invalid. It's the email on which I get the Smile notifications. This is useless.

Does not open, keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes upon launch. Completely useless app won't load. Garbage. This app worked a month ago, but the pictures were always hard to download and very tiny, low quality. Now it doesn't even launch without fully crashing.

First couple of times I used this app, it worked fine. All of sudden I keep getting an error message saying incorrect user and password. Reset sometimes works, but only once. Then it invalid user and password again.

Have been trying repeatedly to access this app. It worked for about two days, and I haven't been able to get in since. No way to get in touch with company. All It keeps saying is that the app has bugs. Please fix this, this is the only way for me to keep in touch with the memory care facility where my mom is staying.
