The app only worked one time. Now it just says I'm not eligible for reordering supplies for 22 more days. These 22 days has lasted for months now.

Shipping takes a long time, I waited up to a month between ordering and delivery. No response when asking for an update. It should not take this long to receive needed supplies. They also changed ordering from every month to every 6 months. I'm supposed to change my CPAP mask monthly but now only receive 2 replacements every 6 months. Never contacted or told about any changes and again no response from them.

New patient here, from Better night. App refuses to accept my correct email to allow me to register so that I can set up my auto-refill and shipment needs. Tried calling the customer service line and only managed to get some idiotic AI bot that needs to be replaced with an actual human being. Beyond frustrated.

Impossible to cancel order on app. Last order placed I had to cancel after 2 months of "problems" with a script they had used and was still good. Now need new script.more info...too much! Done!

Every time I try to reorder it says give me a reason to reorder, and then it says give me a choice of yes or order the reason, and I can't type anything in this thing sucks its horrible
