I got directed here to update my insurance info, but don't see that as an option. Frustrated!

App is useless. Try to sign in to my account, and it says an error occurred. Try to reset my password and an error occurred. Uninstall and reinstall app and same issue. Opened my browser and went to the patient portal website and was about too login without an issue. Ordered my supplies without issue via website. Signed out of website and attempted to sign into the app and an error occurred. This app is not worth the frustration, just search for the website which the app is just sending you to.

Impossible to cancel order on app. Last order placed I had to cancel after 2 months of "problems" with a script they had used and was still good. Now need new script.more info...too much! Done!
