I absolutely love the new mobile app that I can use on my phone. That has saved me a giant headache every time I'm having to go & do deliveries while all of my delivery texts have the tablets. The only real problem I have with this app is that there are plenty of times when you have to restart your device just to get it to login, so you can see your trip that's been committed. Maybe it's something to do with an IP address error bc it seems like the only way to fix it is to restart the device.

I love the option to take photos and attach them to the delivery ticket but is there a way to increase the resolution of the pictures after they have been taken? When you take a photo of your device, it looks high quality and clear. But when you view it later from a computer on Brighter, it looks like it's 200 x 140 pixels, and it's not very clear. I was hoping there'd be a way to increase it by double or more. Other than that, I really like this app.

Fire everyone who works on the updates. They make this app so terrible and wasting my time having to work around YOUR mistakes for not knowing how to do your job. Crashes too often, lags, overheats my phone and Worst of all it even messes up with the maps. I could do better with a compass and paperwork than this mess.

Whoever is the team responsible for this recent update, please turn in your credentials and never touch a piece of tech again. Changing the layout was a stupid move but whatever tech changes, problem is that they put this out without testing for bugs and glitches. You cannot skip orders now, once a trip is started and orders are added to you, you cannot see what that person needs. Basic quality control, test before release.

Doesn't work. I have everything correct for login and no orders so up. I even tripled checked. All it does is show a blank screen.
