Description
SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the netsapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.
We utilise foreground services to ensure uninterrupted calling functionality within the app. This is essential to maintain seamless communication even when the app is running in the background, preventing microphone disconnection during calls.

Okay, so far so good. My biggest issue from previous network was poor voice quality, and missed call notifications. With fluent stream, call has been great. But SMS is a problem. There is no push notification. And extensions cannot share SMS inbox, so that multiple office people can speak with clients over text. But I am happy. Better than grasshopper. EDIT: SMS PUSH NOTIFICATION HAS BEEN FIXED 👍🏾

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APP!!!! I signed up a phone services that uses this app, and it has been a nightmare since we had it! Constant dropped calls, the call history doesn't show recent missed calls so if you miss a call you have to wait hours to know who it was. You can't talk on this app if it in background I.E. you cant use your calculator app while using this app or else the person on the line won't hear you. WORST app I have ever had on my phone.

Sometimes rings on incoming calls sometimes doesn't. When it does ring 50/50 if pressing answer works or disconnects the call. Have to log in several times a day with hosted user and password, call history doesn't reflect actual history. App takes control of phone audio randomly so mobile calls don't ring or Bluetooth audio won't work until you open the app to release audio controls. Phone provider has tried to solve but no success.

Glitchy. Doesn't always work. Try to answer calls and the app hangs up. Phone keeps ringing sometimes, even after you have answered the call. Buttons get stuck when dialing. Constantly having to restart to clear the glitches.
