I placed an order on 16th April 2026 and since then my order status is"processing" I tried connecting with them through their chat assistance but no response ever since, and I have also written emails to them regarding the delay and still receive haven't any update from them. I am unable to understand the delay. I have ordered from them multiple times before, and I have received my order on time every time but this time I have placed an order after 2 years or so, and I am not getting any response.
