Even after adding the beneficiary account no. and waiting for 24 hours, the account details still don’t appear in the fund x'sfer option. Also, each page takes a very long time to load, which wastes a lot of our time. We are forced to visit the bank every time. So, launching the mobile application is pointless.it just makes customers run around to the bank. And if we can’t go to the bank, the bank sends a text message saying the account will be frozn 4 no transactions widen the time limit.

Very poor design. What is sense to enter password after System security finger validated. Right now I give fingerprint then MPIN/user ID and pwd and then OTP. What a senseless design. It's even force me to keep notification on unless app will not run. I simply uninstall it as It's too much weired options. Request to see how other bank design their app.
