Works great for us! None of the issues others have indicated they have problems with. Has worked on all phones we have used and is up and running in literally a few seconds of the app download with every function working normally. Wish we would have gotten one of these sooner. It has paid for itself in batteries alone that we were consuming with another product we were using that didn't have a wall outlet like the Snooped does.

I have to say, the lack of customer support is terrible. I purchased 2 of the so others from Amazon. One works perfect (the only reason for stars). The actual device, the app, all of it. My 1-year-old is finally sleeping in his crib! This is the only product of its kind - trust me, I've looked. My daughters however doesn't work. Mainly in the app. I've reached out twice and no response. Not even an automated message. If I could get a response to the glitch with hers, then I'll update to 5 stars.

The app never works (works maybe 1 out of 5 times), which is very frustrating, especially at 12-4am with crying twins. Like the snooped, but it sucks that some features are only available with the app (like continuous vibration, which is what I need.30 min is not enough). It would be great if the app worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed, but still don't work, so I have to go in the room to start the vibration every 30 min, and it makes them cry even more when they see me leave the room.
