Had troubles before when I first got it even getting in, and now they've triple charged me for my phone insurance and won't let me on saying I have no Internet connection, want to cancel my insurance or at least get 2 of the 3 payments they took this month back

Can't log in on app or website... app keeps telling me I have no Internet connection on the app. (I do have a connection) the payment also never went though, I get an emailing saying I have 29 days to pay or policy will be cancelled. Poor show here.
