★★★★★ Chicken shack is great, especially the store on Ellsworth near Ann Arbor. The food is REALLY good, the owner is a cool guy, and It's probably the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen.

★★★★★ Beautiful design! Photos and pricing for each menu item. The prices in the menu on the app reflect special deals. You don't have to wait til checkout for the deals to be applied as a discount.

★★☆☆☆ Missing half the menu, still had to order in person thus wasting/losing time

★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly at all. I tried to place an order using the app due to a promotion of a free sandwich, and there was no way to use the promo code. I called the store, and they had no idea what I was talking about. They have good food, but the prices are absurd! Thumbs down

★★☆☆☆ Great chicken bad app. Crashes on motoG series, s8, s10, not great UI with settings and lacks content in order history. Was able to place two orders so far overall not great ordering experience I'd prefer to talk to humans over this glitched Alexa b.s.
