So this is a door dash app, not directly associated with chicken Express and charges you more than if you called your order in. if you aren't getting it delivered, do not download this app. It charges you over $10 extra to pick up your own food, and you have to go inside instead of through the drive through.

App will not allow me to pick a combo with two sides and no drink. We never get drinks, because we usually get our orders to go, so we get a number one or number two with two sides and no drink. You can't do that on the app, why??

This is a scam. The app uses doordash and charges you fees to pick up your own food. I was wondering why my food was so expensive. I guess I thought it was inflation, lol. I should have paid attention, I am usually more careful. I didn't notice until I saw my credit card statement that said "Door Dash" on it. Thought someone stole my credit card number. Shameful move by Chicken Express. I'll never buy from them again.

Liars When you charge more to use your app, it's called a fee. Your app claims no fees, then charges more than the store charges. That's called a fee. You are liars.
