Sockret is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is a secondary-display companion for following glucose data from a separate CGM system.
Sockret is a calmer, more private way to keep an eye on glucose, for yourself or for someone you care about.
Most glucose tools shout. Sockret is quiet on purpose. It shows you what's happening clearly, lets you glance and move on, and gives you a gentle way to look back later.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. Sockret has no servers, no accounts to create with us, no analytics, and no ads. Your readings, notes, and photos never leave your phone. Credentials are encrypted on the device.
WHY SOCKRET EXISTS I started building Sockret for my partner after she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, just to make the day to day a little easier for her. It grew into something I'm now proud to share with the wider T1D community. Sockret is a solo project: no investors to please, nothing to upsell, and no data to sell. Just an app made with care for the people who use it.
CALM BY DESIGN A clear current value, trend, and rate of change, on the dashboard, your home screen, and your lock screen. Gentle notifications you choose: a quiet heads-up when glucose passes the limits you set, and a calm note when readings stop arriving. No predictions and no pressure: Sockret shows what is happening now and lets you decide.
SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE A full-screen graph made for touch: pinch, pan, and tap a reading for its moment ("26 min after lunch"). Overlay yesterday, a 14-day median, night hours, or your own events. Statistics with time in range, and the Sockret Report: one calm PDF of the weeks you choose, made to bring to your diabetes team.
SOMETHING TO LOOK BACK ON A garden calendar where each day blooms into its own glucose "flower", in the style you choose. Tap a day for a gentle timeline of meals, treats, exercise, and notes. Keep a journal with simple mood faces, capture a fingerstick next to the sensor's value, and save a meal as a keepsake card. When a question comes to mind, write it in the notebook and walk through your questions at the next visit.
FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Follow up to four people at once, each with their own thresholds and notifications. Send a quick update to a follower, all from your device, with no cloud in between.
WORKS WITH YOUR CGM Connects to your LibreLinkUp, Dexcom Share, or Nightscout account. Home-screen and lock-screen widgets, a persistent notification, and optional Health Connect sync. Pair a Bluetooth fingerstick meter and test results sync in on their own.
BUILT TO BE KIND TO LIVE WITH Fully bilingual English and Swedish. Accessibility is first-class: TalkBack support, colorblind-friendly palettes, high contrast, the OpenDyslexic font, font scaling, and large touch targets.
IMPORTANT Sockret is not a medical device and is not a replacement for self-monitoring. Do not make treatment or dosing decisions based on Sockret. Readings come by way of your CGM provider's cloud, so they need an internet connection and can lag behind your sensor. Always follow your CGM system's instructions and the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
