Solar OCC

Solar OCC — Operational Command Centre for solar market, inventory, and audit intelligence.
Package: com.karido.solarocc · Version 0.0.01

Solar OCC brings the K-SOLAROCC operational dashboard to your phone. Field engineers, sales managers, warehouse leads, and executives can now review real-time solar market signals, inventory positions, competitor activity, and internal operational metrics from anywhere — securely, and on any device.

Built for the Karido / Visaka Solar Operational Command Centre, this companion app is a hardened mobile client for the same trusted platform your team already uses on the web. Every screen is designed mobile-first, works cleanly on both phones and tablets, respects safe areas, and honours system-wide dark mode.

Key features
• Solar market intelligence — track competitor pricing, product mix, regional demand signals, and seasonal trends
• Inventory intelligence — see stock levels, fulfilment status, and warehouse throughput at a glance
• Operational audit log — a complete transaction trail of every data change, approver, and time-stamp
• Secure sign-in — bcrypt-hashed passwords, JWT sessions, and role-based access control
• Registration with admin approval — new team members register through the app; administrators approve them before access is granted
• One-tap OTP sign-in — sign in with a phone number and a one-time code (SMS, WhatsApp, or email)
• Role-based access — Administrator, Operator, and Viewer profiles with granular permissions
• Fully offline-ready splash screen and error-tolerant network layer
• Dark theme by default with respect for system light/dark preferences
• Works on Android phones and tablets — responsive layouts for every screen size
• Follows Google Play Store data-safety and permissions best practices — only INTERNET is requested

Security & privacy
Solar OCC does not collect personally identifying information beyond what you provide to your organisation's administrator. All authentication is performed by your organisation's Solar OCC backend over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored securely on-device and never exposed to third-party services. No advertising SDKs, no cross-site tracking, no analytics beacons.

Registration & approval flow
Newly registered users are placed in a pending state until an administrator approves the account. This ensures unauthorised users cannot access sensitive operational data. Once approved, sign-in works instantly using either an email + password or a phone-number OTP.

Who is this for?
• Solar operations managers who need real-time visibility into market and inventory
• Regional sales leaders comparing pricing and stock across zones
• Warehouse and dispatch supervisors monitoring fulfilment SLAs
• Executive stakeholders reviewing operational KPIs on the go

Performance
Solar OCC is a lightweight web-native app powered by Capacitor. The core UI is under 100 KB gzipped, first paint is typically well under one second on modern devices, and data screens stream progressively so a slow network never blocks navigation. No third-party trackers, no bloat.

Support
For product support, feedback, or bug reports contact your organisation's Solar OCC administrator, or reach the Karido team at info@karido.in.
