Experience the natural rhythm of day and night with Solar Path — a modern astronomical watch face and companion app designed to track the continuous 24-hour journey of the sun across your local sky. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, photographers, stargazers, and astronomers, Solar Path brings celestial precision to your wrist.

SET-UP
• Instant Activation: One-tap installation and activation
• Quick App Shortcut: Tapping the center of the watch face instantly opens the app for detailed solar times and location settings

24-HOUR SOLAR CYCLE
Unlike traditional 12-hour clocks, Solar Path visualizes the full 24-hour astronomical day along a continuous circular timeline:
• Solar Noon (Zenith) is positioned at the top (12:00) when the sun reaches its highest point
• Solar Midnight (Nadir) is positioned at the bottom (00:00) when the sun is furthest below the horizon
• Dynamic Sun Marker: Solid illuminated disc during the day, transforming into a hollow orbital ring at night
• Radial Beam Pointer: Sweeps continuously to indicate current solar time and sun trajectory

5 SKY & TWILIGHT PHASES
Clearly differentiate each phase of natural light with distinct astronomical sectors:
• Daylight (> 0°): Sun above the horizon with full ambient light
• Civil Twilight (0° to -6°): Golden hour and blue hour; natural lighting remains visible
• Nautical Twilight (-6° to -12°): The horizon is visible at sea and primary navigation stars emerge
• Astronomical Twilight (-12° to -18°): Deep twilight transition as sky glows fade
• Astronomical Night (< -18°): Total celestial darkness with deep-sky stars and milky way visibility

10 SOLAR MILESTONES TIMELINE
Track every solar event throughout your day with dedicated milestone indicators:
• Morning: Astro Dawn • Nautical Dawn • Civil Dawn • Sunrise • Solar Noon
• Evening: Sunset • Civil Dusk • Nautical Dusk • Astro Dusk • Solar Midnight
• Next Event Tracker: Displays the upcoming milestone name and exact time
• Solar Metrics: Real-time sun elevation angle (in degrees) and total day length duration

100% ON-DEVICE & PRIVACY-FIRST
• Offline Astronomical Engine: Uses high-precision NOAA solar calculation algorithms running 100% locally on your watch
• Zero Cloud Tracking: Coordinates never leave your device and are never transmitted to external servers
• Smart Location: Supports battery-optimized coarse location or manual city search
• Optional Background Location: Automatically refreshes solar coordinates periodically when traveling
