Worst experience so far mene November me booking amount diya tha 11000 due to some reasons cancel ho gya aj 2 month ho gya naa refund aaya na koi proper response kar rha hai ticked id RSSEMP6385

My father has placed an order for solar installation on 28th August 2023 & he deposited booking amount of 10,000/- via check due to some personal reasons we have cancelled the order on 29th August which is next day of order we have placed the order. Since that day we are connecting continuously with this company's customer support team & even written mail on 13 September 2023 (ticket ID - 33709) but no response from their side.

I have posted one lead on app. But I couldn't add person name due to some limitations. There are some issues. 1. There is a limit for adding Name. 2. It doesn't accept special characters like., /+>%() 3. No row for society name. 4. Address does not find correct society name. So we have to put in Name row. 5. Monthly bill option is only up to 8k. I guess it is made for Bunglow societies only.

Very worst experience. Planning & Installation team is not proper. After installation no response & they never accept their fault.I don't recommend solar square
