The SEMS+ app is fantastic, with great reports and a professional interface. As a user of a GoodWe 12kW hybrid system, I find it very helpful. However, adding Arabic language support is essential for users in the Middle East to better manage their solar systems. Hope to see it in the next update!

Works great. Just wish you could put two feed in tariffs in as I have two feed in tariffs. Like first set kws is a higher feed in tarrif then after that is generated that's when my 2nd feed in tarrif kicks in.

SEMS+ does not work properly. The interface does not show the numbers for solar, grid, load, and battery. I have to go inside by clicking on solar or battery to see the generation number or whether the battery is being charged or discharged. I updated the app, but still, the error was not resolved. I called customer service, but there was no solution.

App home UI continuously showing the same/fixed Solar production, and it does not change at all. You have to click on Solar and next page shows correct readings. Goodwe Pakistan is unable to resolve the issue and blame the server. How can the readings within app be so different?

The new SEMS+ app is missing many control features for my GW5048D-ES inverter and battery systems. The most important feature I need, "Working Mode" remote control, is no longer compatible with this new app.
