Only manual mode has timer scheduling, why? What's the battery doing when not between these hours, nothing? Give all modes non-overlapping scheduling! Update: after the latest app and device updates a few weeks ago, the function to switch automatically between charging and self consumption has been implemented successfully. Strangely, this full AUTOMATION is hidden under MANUAL settings, but that's a minor issue. In my opinion, this app now does everything I want.

Support is a joke. Cannot disable Wi-Fi and support tells me to press certain buttons on the touchscreen. The device does not have a screen!

This app is limited to countries where the grid meter sends unencrypted signals. In Austria, Denmark and Luxembourg (other EU countries will soon follow) you can use the system on manual only because the app can not process an encryption key. Marstek sent CT02 to replace CT03 which has a problem connecting to Wi-Fi. Update - on Wi-Fi sometimes it connects and when it connects, and you try to change parameters you get an error message. The hardware is ok, but the software is not reliable.

Was very happy when I bought the Venus E 3.0 a few months ago, but since the last update of the app I have issues constantly. There were an issues that the battery stopped communicating with the ct003, which I fixed by resetting everything. Now the power plan keeps changing from self consumption to manual and the battery just doesn't do anything. When I change it to self consumption it works again for a bit, but then the next day it's back to manual and nothing is happening. Please fix!!!
