Getting better. The forecasts (even when not in AI mode) are great. BUT the forecast doesn't reflect settings to limit battery charge rates - so limited use.

Last update removed the solar information from the graphs and now calls it a 3rd inverter. I can no longer easily see live solar inputs. Please revert this change or allow the user to choose.

The app keeps crashing when the phone is off on Samsung s24 also its very basic in customization would like to have grid power output etc. on a slider rather than changing the numerical value every time... same goes with dc charger. Also be nice if the AI agent was also helpful rather than useless. Last thing is the access to data like temperature etc. on a plotted chart to check history etc.

Great when it works, but has got worse since the last update. Currently, unusable as the app is having issues talking to the battery and rarely is able to present correct information about how the system is performing.

I've had to change router and this app will not connect to hotspot, and "connect cloud failed" message appears leaving me with no means of monitoring battery. When it was working it was an unreliable App which drops out for no reason leaving me wondering how to fix it every time. Lost Wi-Fi connection on a regular basis and no help from Sigen as to how to change Wi-Fi signal. Ask for help, and they'll send you yet another link to the user manual. Why would you hide the QR codes too?
