Love the bioenergy products, and the app. Only reason it doesn't get full 5 stars it crashes when I first try to open in, but it alway opens the second time, it might be on my side of thing, but the app is great and alway getting updated

Love the system, savings, extra storage capacity compared to other systems (16.12kwh compared to Teslas 13kwh). The app works very well and meets all my needs - also fairly easy to program to suit my different requirements. I can switch options to stop battery use or set various times for different needs at the click of one button. Very flexible to design and use even charging my Tesla. Thank you.

Great when it works, but has got worse since the last update. Currently, unusable as the app is having issues talking to the battery and rarely is able to present correct information about how the system is performing.

Unreliable App drops out for no reason leaving me wondering how to fix it every time. Loses Wi-Fi connection on a regular basis and no help from Sigen as to how to change Wi-Fi signal. Ask for help, and they'll send you yet another link to the user manual.

Latest update is garbage. Doesn't refresh data unless done manually & is far slower to react to load changes than the previous version. More testing required pre-release people.

Don't use Sigen AI mode, 2 nights in a row it has charged my battery to full from the grid when it could have waited until morning to charge when the grid tariff halved from the overnight rate OR THE SUN CAME UP SO IT COULD CHARGE FOR FREE? And it's trying to tell me it helped me profit?
