Great app and the PC desktop is just as good. There is lots of information available, but it's customizable and well laid out. Instead of having to swipe to go back or forwards a day/week in the lower windows, arrows beside the expansion icons would be great.

Unreliable App drops out for no reason leaving me wondering how to fix it every time. Loses Wi-Fi connection on a regular basis and no help from Sigen as to how to change Wi-Fi signal. Ask for help, and they'll send you yet another link to the user manual.

Don't use Sigen AI mode, 2 nights in a row it has charged my battery to full from the grid when it could have waited until morning to charge when the grid tariff halved from the overnight rate OR THE SUN CAME UP SO IT COULD CHARGE FOR FREE? And it's trying to tell me it helped me profit?

Why since the 3.22 update is my 10kw inverter single phase restricted to 8kwh for charging and discharging. It's not only happening to me but about 100 other people who have been complaining on bioenergy fb page Australia
