Great for visualizing the data and what's happening in real time. The scheduling for charging/discharging could be made a lot simpler and more flexible not just weekday/weekend. I would also like to be able to make one off actions quickly e.g. discharge 2kwh @ 6pm or charge 3kwh @ 2am. This would let users more easily take advantage of smart energy tariffs.

I had a locked screen, and I needed technical support to clear the problem. On contacting the technical support the problem was fixed in seconds. This solar and battery is the best investment I have ever made. Would highly recommend this company and products to everybody.

I have just had the Qcell system installed but very disappointed with the App. It is very slow to update, and you have to move off the home screen to the product screen and back to home screen for the system to refresh. Also, it changes from Europe system to American AC system on It's own accord. I then have to close the App and reopen it. I do hope Qcell can get this App working properly soon as reading others reviews only started playing up since last update in early 2024. Please update soon

Surver down. When it is working is shows false information, e.g. it shows I import over 200kw a day and use over 7MW at a time yet the energy supplier shows I use less than 2kw with maximum import of less than 100w at any given time. it shows my consumption to be over 100 times my actual consumption and less than my import. I cannot control my battery or inverter, although it claims I can. The only thing that is correct is the information I have typed in myself. The app is totally useless!

Can't get on site tried dozens of combinations useless site to me can't register the solar panels because I can't get accurate readings
