Last update sucks. The app was great until it was automatically updated 1/7/2026 and wiped out all my history. Alll for what fancier looking screens with more complexity. It's treadmill app. No need for multiple screens with useless charts. It was better when all the info was on 1 screen. BTW the speed on the bottom left is wrong. It doesn't match the actual speed. Update Draco tech support was able to resolve my issue quickly. My history was saved.

The latest update removed the ability to share a workout to Strata. Now I have to go to settings and connect the accounts. Did that, and my workout for the day didn't sync to Strata. I think ok, hopefully it'll at least sync future workouts since my Strata account is now "connected". Next day, I work out and it doesn't show up in Strata. I open the Sole settings and see that my Strata account is no longer connected. I connect it again, still doesn't sync. Edit: Thanks I appreciate the quick fix!

Have had a terrible time getting app to connect to F63 treadmill. Phone can see Bluetooth but app refuses to connect to it. Have tried many times and combinations with no luck.

Since the new update, the app Bluetooth connection is intermittent- must either reboot the phone or disconnect & reconnect the Bluetooth pairing. When working, the app only provides a "Quick Start" button and doesn't provide any customization of workouts nor the ability to save a workout profiles. To view the activity history, it requires too many taps to view as compared to the older app display. In other words, this newer app is not intuitive. Samsung SM-N981 Android 13 E25 | App v4.12
