The best app to use with external hrm. But it extremely stations battery of my pixel watch 2, maybe I do something wrong? What does mean Force background sensor update? Can you give optimal settings for the app? (if I use gps tracking and external hrm)

Shows promise but...I have to log out and back in for it to post to Strata, it continues running unless I restart my watch (drains the battery quickly), and it posts wacky mileage to strata (even though the map is dead on). I wish there had been a trial version, I would have known not to buy.

I purchased this yesterday on a whim, thinking a self-described "BEST fitness-tracking app for your Wear OS" can easily track interval training with cues for breaks and warm-ups and all that. Pretty standard for a good workout tracker I would think. Turns out this is not the case. The app might still be decent at tracking your workout, but it's essentially useless for anything more than blindly going for it.

Searches for nearby blue tooth devices, does not see my Polar H10. I've disconnected the H10 from both the flow app and my phone. Flow app still sees the H10 as available, but Sportwerks doesn't populate anything on the "connect Bluetooth device" screen. Please help, app was highly recommended on Reddit and I literally just bought it. Would like for it to connect the H10 to my watch for easier HR monitoring in real time.

Didn't sync to Strata despite following the instructions. Was bought to integrate HR with Samsung health into Strata, so totally wasted my money.
