Construction is great. Solar charging/battery is absolutely fantastic! Optics are amazing, a.i recognition of object leaves a lot to be desired. Bird identification availability hinges on subscription to cloud service and is very poor. Clunky playback. All-in-all, I love this feeder.

The hummingbird feeder is awesome. I have the bird feeder and love that. The security piece of it is as good as the camera to see birds! The hummingbird feeder is so fun! You can see them up close! I realized the camera needed to be pulled out to set it up, once I did that it was super easy to set up! I look forward to years of use! Thank you

Not waking after the sleep schedule is over. Not recording often either. (When it's set to record every 3 mins if there's motion. Which there is.)

I've had this for over a year and have done nothing but fight with it. Set for 20 second record and I get 2 seconds. Every time the wind blows the camera goes off. This has been nothing but a headache.

The free app works well. However, the identification feature is very inaccurate in the paid version. Most of the time it says a bird is a "pet" or "person". Since they won't open the software up with an API to get better results with actual AI, you can do that either.

You have to have a separate account for each device to view the Camara. My wife and I have 2 ipads each and a phone, so 6 different accounts. Very complicated.
