Solo Forge sends a network request only when you start food photo analysis. That request goes to OpenRouter using the API key you provide. All saved meals, weight entries, workouts, fasting history, settings, and exports remain local to your device.

Recent changes:
Two gentler fasting modes, 12:12 and 14:10, join 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and 36h. With six modes, every mode picker now wraps into a grid so none are hidden off-screen, and the selected mode is marked with a check. Changing the default mode in Settings now always reaches Home and the Fast tab, even after you have picked a mode by hand. Thanks to Malachi Soord (inverse) for both changes.
