Very detailed up-to-date data and charts. It took some effort to set the battery charge/discharge schedule - Google told me to go to the inverter settings, but it's actually in the battery settings.

Nice app. Sometimes it shows the previous day's Grid Supplied and Grid Feed-in values instead of the (near zero) values of the current day. Would also be nice to easily see in the overview screen the current production value split to mppt1 and 2, inverter stats graph is not remembering my graph selection, it's always reset to show voltages.

I am facing an issue from last few days. This app does not open on my home Wi-Fi and also dongle does not connect on my home Wi-Fi. But app does open on other Wi-Fi and mobile data as well. Then after few days it started working fine on my home Wi-Fi. Now again facing the same issue. What are the potential causes? Any suggestions and solution pls

Server unavailable for too many times, although the Wi-Fi router is 3 meters away. The system it shows broken connectivity too often.

Battery app should really just do 3 things with solar panel and grid power. 1. Load first mode, charge battery from solar and send excess to grid. 2. Battery first charge battery from solar and grid 3. Schedule to automatically switch between 2 modes. The App was working OK, But last month they totally messed up the Schedule function. It will not charge from solar and grid when schedule mode is used.

There isn't any manual for app usage. I am trying to learn how to use the app, settings etc. and there is no support whatsoever. You can't set up your Sol planet inverter usage and battery without knowing how to do it, you can't learn how to do it (the app is not at all intuitive) if you can't find any instructions. I have tried contacting the company and I have had no response.

I’m extremely disappointed with the app and dongle connectivity. The app uses a dongle to connect the inverter to my home Wi-Fi, but it disconnects every single day without any reason. To fix this, I have to physically disconnect and reconnect the dongle from the inverter, which is a huge inconvenience and very frustrating — especially when this happens almost daily. The system is not even a month old. Avoid this inverter & app if you value hassle-free monitoring and connectivity.
