Nice app. Sometimes it shows the previous day's Grid Supplied and Grid Feed-in values instead of the (near zero) values of the current day. Would also be nice to easily see in the overview screen the current production value split to mppt1 and 2, inverter stats graph is not remembering my graph selection, it's always reset to show voltages.

The user interface 6 months ago was user-friendly. As you know our on grid inverters are fixed on site. Then why our app follow the Mobile location as we travel anywhere. It shows the weather and sunrise and sunset of current location. This should follow the location of inverter and should show the weather and sunset and sunrise of location where the inverter is installed.

PV, Load, Battery & e-Grid values all show in animation and more granular (text/graph) displays. New installation in Australia's Summer, so you would expect the best generation and storage and it is. Utilizing the default settings is working in this season, but alterations in Winter might require a small tweak as lessons are learned. The APP hasn't shown any logon or disconnection issues, therefore so far so good. One gripe is the APP doesn't offer Dark Mode.

I am facing an issue from last few days. This app does not open on my home Wi-Fi and also dongle does not connect on my home Wi-Fi. But app does open on other Wi-Fi and mobile data as well. Then after few days it started working fine on my home Wi-Fi. Now again facing the same issue. What are the potential causes? Any suggestions and solution pls

There isn't any manual for app usage. I am trying to learn how to use the app, settings etc. and there is no support whatsoever. You can't set up your Sol planet inverter usage and battery without knowing how to do it, you can't learn how to do it (the app is not at all intuitive) if you can't find any instructions. I have tried contacting the company and I have had no response.

Battery app should really just do 3 things with solar panel and grid power. 1. Load first mode, charge battery from solar and send excess to grid. 2. Battery first charge battery from solar and grid 3. Schedule to automatically switch between 2 modes. The App was working OK, But last month they totally messed up the Schedule function. It will not charge from solar and grid when schedule mode is used.

I’m extremely disappointed with the app and dongle connectivity. The app uses a dongle to connect the inverter to my home Wi-Fi, but it disconnects every single day without any reason. To fix this, I have to physically disconnect and reconnect the dongle from the inverter, which is a huge inconvenience and very frustrating — especially when this happens almost daily. The system is not even a month old. Avoid this inverter & app if you value hassle-free monitoring and connectivity.

Server unavailable for too many times, although the Wi-Fi router is 3 meters away. The system it shows broken connectivity too often.
