Have had solar since 2016 with Sun run. My energy bills have been so much lower since that time. Sun run monitors my panels & takes care of any issues which may arise. In the time I've had solar, I've had very few problems and those were when the system was new and needed some adjustments. I highly recommend Sun run Solar.

I can't give negative stars, but I would if able. Terrible. Horrible awful experience. Promised equal or less cost compared to electric utility it was 3 times more!!! & contractors punched numerous holes in patio roof and every hole leaked!! Too bad.!!! Who knows about the house roof.?? & suggested possible unused power to return to utility co....what unused?? We used solar + utility not what they promised. 40 panels on southern Ca roof. & had fight to release to new buyer when sold house

Just started looking at the app (using the tesla app before this); the charging battery total and home usage total exceed the amount generated by the panels, and from grid is 0; when I just compared the numbers here with the numbers from the tesla app, the tesla app is showing more production; although the battery charge amount is the same. Tesla says my production is down due to error; sun run says I'm operating normally. All in all, a confusing app experience.

Your system breaks, they don't fix it, and you can't contact them. Stealing my money every month for a system that does nothing. Total fraud. Sent my concerns to the email you said, and they did nothing for nearly 6 months. Then they only partially fix the system and restrict my monitoring ability. The entire time they promise not to compensate me for this breech of contract. They continue to create new lies and excuses for breaching contract. I want out of this contract with this scam company.

This is a very misleading company. I would love to cancel this system because I am not benefiting from the solar. My con Edison bills increase since I sign up with sun run. I am paying for sun run to maintain a business. This is ripe off the customer.
