Who is Soluna for? Thanks to local funding, Soluna is available at no cost in California, New Jersey, and Michigan. Age eligibility and services vary by location: - California (ages 13-25): Coaching & Care Navigation - New Jersey (ages 13-18): Coaching & Counseling - Michigan (ages 13-18): Coaching & Counseling
The app is available in English and Spanish, with scheduled tele-coaching in California offered in all 19 Medi-Cal languages upon request.

I like this app alot. I do with there were daily missions to complete that are targeted to your journey. Overall, this app is nice and I'd urge you to download it if you either can't pay for or don't do well with therapy.

Good app imo, simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that it labels itself as a mental health care app but only targets depression or anxiety, with tactics and strategies that only really specifically work if you have those and not a different mental disorder. It also assumes you came for anxiety and depression by default which is that's the case it should be labeled as anxiety and depression instead of trying to advertise to every disorder

This app is has really bad ableist, homophobia, antireligious, & hateful wording in their lessons. They treat mental & physical disabilities as competitive or a trend and sometimes making a game out of it. They have such a high censorship even though a mental health app SHOULD show the true nature of how bad mental health can affect someone. Also making the app 13-25 with public chat is dangerous. This allows adults to read & easily groom teenagers because they're mentally ill & easy to exploit.

Really unhelpful. They always give really basic advice, "try deep breathing exercise" etc. they always divert attention to something else rather than directly addressing the person's main issue. The coaches also take long to type hence why the given 40 minutes of chat time isn't enough. When I had told one of them that their advice for my issue was unhelpful, they went, "sorry for that-oh our times up!" and just left. Only good thing about this app is the community forum, to help others.
