App is good but why the hell it's asking to disable accessibility of running apps each time to login ?! It's a big headache and ruins the complete experience. Each time I have a disabled the accessibility to use this.

I am facing a serious biometric verification issue in the Soneri Digital app. My fingerprint verification is successful, but the app still shows a “Failed” message. If the fingerprint is verified successfully, why does the app report a failure? Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. Kindly improve the biometric verification system and provide a reliable solution. Thank you.

Soneri Bank Limited Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my strong concern regarding the lack of response to the email I sent two days ago regarding an ongoing issue with my mobile banking access. I am facing a persistent technical problem with the Soneri Mobile Application. Whenever I receive the OTP (One-Time Password) and enter it into the app, the application fails to verify/process it and does not open.
