Over all it's good, but having an issue from 15 days whenever I pay a bill or make transactions it says screen recording or remote screen detected, and terminates the process, kindly solve the problem

Soneri Bank ki app overall boat achi aur easy to use hai. Interface simple hai, banking services easily access ho jati hain aur transactions ka experience bhi acha hai. App ko aur better banana ke liye regular updates aur improvements jari rakhain. 👍

When I opened the app a tiny pop-up appeared when I zoomed my screen to read it was saying "turn off accessibility to use this app" 😄. Colour scheme 0/5, text scaling doesn't change with phone settings. And worst thing bank ia bank services

Soneri Bank mobile app is not working properly. I am trying to log in, but the OTP code cannot be entered in the OTP boxes. I have tried several times, but the issue is still not resolved. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with Soneri Bank. I opened a Soneri Ishtar Account expecting transparent charges, but shortly after activating my debit card, PKR 3,000 was deducted as "AMF – DEBIT CARD." In addition, I was charged PKR 345 for SMS alerts and later PKR 50 in account-related charges. These deductions were not clearly explained at the time of account opening, making the experience frustrating. Banks should clearly disclose all fees before customers activate their cards or use their accounts.

Soneri Bank’s user interface feels like it was designed by someone with very little understanding of basic usability. It’s frustrating that even something as simple as a search option is missing when making a payment transfer. Every single time, users have to manually scroll through the entire list to find and open a bank. For a banking application, basic features like to search, easy navigation, and a user-friendly interface should be standard. The current design unnecessarily wastes users’ time
