Login to new device is a nightmare! The SMS auto-detect sucks! When you're abroad or out of Telecom network range how would you log in? The comes the errors! "Address not getting", it needs to be fixed.

Some point I want to share which I noted in soneri bank 1. Bank staff are very polite and supportive. 2. some policy of bank need to rearrange, like transaction limit, unnecessary deductions as other bank not charged, app is very slow some time u will disheart and would like to shut account. 3. Any bank can operate better with having business account holder more buiesness man more smooth bank operation, but I didn't seem anything as a business account that which encourages business man.

This is one of the worst banking apps I have used. The customer experience is extremely poor. At the OTP stage, the keyboard does not appear, leaving users unable to enter the code and proceed. The app feels poorly designed apparently by some naive developers and inadequately tested. It is difficult to believe it meets the standards expected from a bank of this stature. The bank's overall services are comparable to those of leading banks, but this app seriously undermines its reputation.
