Please fix the loading bug, 7.15 update is not working well with Vods. I tried 7.14 but vods are still not loading well. Thank you

Please add language English no language options is there. For viewers from other countries english is best and easy to search

Live broadcasts on the SOOP app seems to have 10-15 seconds delay as compared to the web version on mobile browser which has only about 5 seconds delay. Able to fix this? Other than this issue, the chat typing experience is better on SOOP app compared to mobile browser.

Both phone and computer versions say I can't use sns (google) to login in korea. Also, computer version only shows login options like Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc., but I signed up with naver. I have to click "sign up" every single time just so I can see the kakaotalk and naver sign in options. On phone, I had to change my whole phone language to korean to get those options. Guys, people who speak English also have kakaotalk and naver accounts. Show those options in the English versions too.

Really frustrating to use, I can't even watch vods, let alone live stream. Can't do anything except reading chat. Others platform didn't have this problem
