I enjoy working with Soothe but app problems are not helpful. Okay update: February 28th, 2025.... The app is not responsive to touch, so I can access my appointments or other information regarding my account. It's been reported early this morning with emails back and forth to describe the issue. It still exists and is hindering my ability to work. I even sent a snapshot to the Soothe support. Update: app glitch is resolved! Sincere thanks Soothe Support and IT!!

The drawing feature keeps crashing and doesn't allow me to receive offers as a result. I called support team, and I just got they couldn't fix it. Would escalate my issue to higher ups and contact me back. I've had this issue for a month! No one gets back to me and I receive the run around. *Response* This is the same blanketed advice Soothe keeps giving when I have already done this several times, including reaching out to support via CHAT and Email. It's like I'm talking to a chatgpt!

Buggy today, sure the app keeps closing/crashing whenever I open it. I've deleted and reinstalled it, and it's still not working properly.
