I love this app. It could be better in a few different ways. I work in big counties and would love if I could dial down an area instead. Some offers are an hour away. I'd also appreciate a better tip system or give clients the option to pay more if they aren't snagging a provider fast. It could motivate some of us to drive further.

I have applied for this app as a provider and also completed all the necessary steps to see VA clients with an NPI. I WAS TOLD I WAS GOOD TO GO AND TO wait on a reply. It is now three months later. You all need to shut this app down, there are wonderful therapists who have exceptional skills that cannot use this resource as it should be able to be used to supplement incomes to support their households where needed. If you aren't going to service US CORRECTLY LET THIS APP GO !

Awful and inconsistent experience trying to get approved and onboarded as a provider. Different support agents providing me conflicting information on the status of my application, and incredibly long response times. This is all the more disappointing because I was quite excited to get started as a medical massage therapist via their partnership with the VA. Until Zeel gets it together, I wouldn't waste your time.

I can't log in I always used biometric finger to log in all of a sudden it wasn't available I had to manually put my password the password didn't work and I can't reset a password every time I recreate a password it says login in credentials you entered do not match any records in our database. So I'm locked out the app and can't receive work especially a veteran I've been working for months.
