I love this app. It could be better in a few different ways. I work in big counties and would love if I could dial down an area instead. Some offers are an hour away. I'd also appreciate a better tip system or give clients the option to pay more if they aren't snagging a provider fast. It could motivate some of us to drive further.

Love zeel for a backup! It's a good app when my regular business is slow. Can work as much or as little as you like. 99.9% of the clients are wonderful! I didn't give 5 stars becuz im a little salty about the veterans i no longer work with becuz of a separate application that needs to be filled out, even tho it's a part of zeel (government 🤷🏾♀️)? Other than that, I love working with zeel.

Absolutely waste of time. Password never works and applications never finish. Whoever launched this app at this point in its development should be fired.

Awful and inconsistent experience trying to get approved and onboarded as a provider. Different support agents providing me conflicting information on the status of my application, and incredibly long response times. This is all the more disappointing because I was quite excited to get started as a medical massage therapist via their partnership with the VA. Until Zeel gets it together, I wouldn't waste your time.

Messed up communication between clients and received cancelation day after appt. 1) I had a 430pm appt with a client. Drove 40 min 1 way, client not home. Drove 40 min back, wasted gas and time. 2) called client via zeel app but voicemail full which is fine but then texted client via zeel app, but it went to WRONG client which caused client confusion and back and forth texts of explanation and apologies. 3) finally received cancelation notification at 420am the next day. Ugggggh horrible!

Extremely passive-aggressive company with lackluster appreciation for therapists. I was a Zeel provider for 8 years and kept a 5-star rating. Out of nowhere I receive a communication of my contract ending . After being shot at, at an appt, Chased from a clients home by a road rager, you would think Zeel had a better way to reimburse me for my horrors than contract termination. This is not the Zeel I joined 8 years ago. True professionalism, ethics, and transparency no longer exist here.- Dr. J
