Apparently some prices on the app are not correct, so you book under the expectation that you are paying what's listed just to visit the branch and be charged something completely different, always higher. Even some treatments that are shown on the app are not real treatments in the stores. Especially Candice. So be very careful, but I'd recommend booking through their website or over phone call and just staying away from the app altogether. Raised this issue with sorbet but was not dealt with.
