App frequently logs me out, and then I go around in circles, trying to log back in because the home screen is blank. I even try restarting my phone and checking for updates. Of course, it's always an issue when I'm about to order or pay. It honestly has put me off going to Soul Origin, and these issues have been reported by others for more than a year. Please focus your digital team on solving the bad login experience rather than updating the color scheme.

Have anyone in your testing team tried to log in via the App!!! OMG it is so frustrating, the reCAPTCHA thing keeps going in loop, the picture is so blury on mobile. I had to give up, just couldn't log in.

Useless app, doesn't work when you need it. App just crashes when you try to access barcode to scan. $5 reward expires too quickly so pretty much no chance to use it. Won't be going out of my way to buy from soul origin as the loyalty program is a joke.
