The instructions are difficult to follow for the initial setup. User actions did not result in the expected action. It was as though something was missing from the instructions. Had difficulty to make the app icon stick to the opening screen on Android. After several retries, it did work and seems to work well. The interface user instructions need more clarity. I had the feeling that it might be a cultural translation problem.

Not sure why the bad reviews? Opened the box, charged it, downloaded this app, long pressed the ear cleaner button to turn on, turned on Wi-Fi on my phone, in the app clicked connect device, then connected to the ear cleaner, and it opened the camera. Not complex or anything. Works well.

They control your brightness level, you cannot lower the brightness so annoying since they max out brightness every time you open app

Why don't you update your app. My camera device Wi-Fi was connected but still. The app was asking for Wi-Fi connection to connect
