I'm going to be real with you: this is a great app with a lot of slight bugs. It won't let you reopen a closed post (I did it by accident, that's on me). It would be nice to be able to backspace out of things rather than having to press the x each time (to have better accessibility for people with broken phones like me, that's also on me) and small things like that. Also there were points where it wouldn't let me post things, but it wasn't clear WHY. Maybe adding something that lets you know why??

Trying it out. I just saw a video where this man was delivering a doordash and mentioned the app he created, and he wants to help people. Moments later, I downloaded it.

Great idea for an app, but it's completely unusable for me. I suddenly can't post anything. I was able to make comments the first night I got it, but now I try to make my first post and the submit button is greyed out. I have 9 karma? I can't even comment anything anymore, because the button is greyed out still. I'm not sure what's happening. I can't even submit a support ticket because that button is greyed out too! Pushing it does nothing!

Had this app but couldn't post or reply or talk to customer service. It wouldn't allow me to do anything. I really needed help.

You won't let my friend delete her account. No password retrieval either that's why she wants to leave. Delete button and all she gets is feedback a literal feedback loop with your feedback message.
