Utterly Useless! I am using this app with android version 9 trying to control outlier one plus. It just doesn't connect. Although the outlier one plus is connected to my phone the app doesn't recognize it. If anyone knows how to fix this please inform. 1/4/2021 second review After the advice from customer support to update the firmware on my device it is now working perfectly. Excellent. Thank you

A superb application. I use it with roar go, everything works flawlessly. Connects instantly over Bluetooth and no issues. Only thing missing for me is the lack of folder structure support for sd card. All files in all subfolders are listed as one big plain list, obviously makes it difficult to navigate. Thanks for the app.

IRoar Go user here, I used to get the "device in use" fail msg. Follow these steps: -Connect to PC via usb micro -On PC browser find and download the latest IRoar Go firmware -Run the EXE file, will start updating the firmware on your Iroar Go -Disconnect from PC, Run Southeaster app on mobile with Bluetooth on -Go to connect your device tab, select your speaker, you'll hear "connected". If still showing as disconnected on My Audio devices then tap the three dots and connect (mine needed this)

Not working. "Device is in use. Touch to connect it". Features not selectable on screen. However, Creative Outlier one plus is already connected via Bluetooth to phone device and outputs sound.

Roar Go not detected as connected in the app even though it's connected in the phone Bluetooth device list and transmitting sound to speaker normally. As consequence, I can't use any of the features like the Eq

Using this App, I CANNOT connect to either of my Chrono boxes, with my Samsung A71. The phone states that the two devices are connected via Bluetooth - stating that both are connected for calls and audio, but when using the Sound Blaster App, the choice to choose the SD Card as a source cannot be accessed, and a blue bar appears at the bottom of my A71 screen saying that the device is in use, and touch to connect. When I do this nothing happens. I have been in touch with the Creative team and have followed their re-install / firmware upgrade instructions and nothing works. What is odd, is that the app and chrono box connected fine using an old Sony Z. So I am not sure if this is an Android 10 problem. Still, until it gets sorted the App gets a 1 rating from me.
