I use the Sense more ear buds, and they have a great sound but also provide a "hearing aid" function and noise-canceling that really works great.

Generally works ok with Outlier Air v3 & Sense more Air. Once every few months the earbuds touch controls will get reseted, but it's not a big problem. The only current problem is that when I enable ANR I get a gray bar in the midle of the screen that hides the text for ANR level. It exists at least on the last two updates of the app.

App is working well with the Pebble Nova. The registration barcode scanning needs to be adjusted. It turns on the phone light, and it is too bright to scan the barcode because it washes out the white label. Attempted several times, and it did not read the serial number correctly. Had to block the phone light with a finger. It would've been faster to just enter the number manually. Need an option to turn off the phone light.

I have 2 pairs of outlier air v3 but the app can only accommodate 1 pair at any time. I need to unpair 1 set to pair the other. Pls make it more flexible so that I can control 2 pairs of the same Bluetooth earphones.

The app is useless you can't connect to your headphones I have the creative sense more air, and they couldn't pair with the app

The Android app worked with my soundbar (Sound Blaster GS5) until March 2026 then the update in April 2026 broke it. It won't connect anymore, and I've done the basic troubleshooting. The PC app does the job though. Also, saying to contact technical support is not an acceptable answer. No one will do this. A major company should have testers for this. If the company is cutting back on staff or not bothered about apps & only selling for profits, I will not be purchasing any future products.
