The counting algorithm is based on how many cycles of scanning the sound can be heard in. Right now it counts a continuous sound as 200 claps a second, so it would be great if you could set it up so that it counts longer groups of sound together as one point

Download this app if u want to count the knock of the bat. It's a really good app for bat knocking. Set the sensibility at 30000, and it will give the accurate count. Go for it and thank me later

It works. Some UI suggestion: move the number to top and make it bigger. Then move all control to the bottom

Couldn't get it to work. I tried all sorts of random sensibility values, but it wouldn't count. I was trying to get the RPM of a motor, so I had a plastic bar attached that was hitting my phone a few times per second where the microphone is. You could see the lines on the graph max out for each sound but the counter never incremented.
