Testing is ONLY valid for children aged 4 years and older. Parents must enter some details (including the child's age) and complete a short activity before the child undertakes the test. Multiple voices and noises will be heard in both ears and these are a feature of the testing process.

Default volume is way too loud to undergo any test successfully. Instructions are not given regarding the ideal volume level for my device. I have to keep increasing and decreasing the volume.

You have to pay for every time you test your child's hearing, or pay over a hundred dollars for a certain amount of tests. There is not even a free trial.

Garbage. They don't even tell you that you have to give them money to even try the app one time. It's gotta be bad if you have to pay to try it, and they don't disclose that to front. Sleazy people
