★★★★★ Remote app has been working fine for two years now. I just wish they made an Alexa skill, so I could control via the Alexa app. Version 1.5.9 Just downloaded ver 1.7.2, and it still works fine, but this time it took 3 times to find the fireplace and connect to it. I still have the old version installed just in case. For some reason they are two separate apps on my phone. If anyone knows how to connect to Alexa leave instructions in a review please.

★★☆☆☆ This app used to work with my fireplace now is just something taking up space on my phone. All the controls are "Null" and it won't let you do anything including turning the fireplace on or off. Anyone knows of another fireplace app? I lost my remote 🤦🏾‍♀️

★★☆☆☆ This app won't connect anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ Download the version 1.5.9 on a browser by searching it on Google. The New fire place remote app does not work for my fireplace, but the old one does (1.5.9)
