Super handy for my Astound fireplace I’ve been using the Napoleon Home app with my Astound Electric Fireplace, and it’s honestly made things so much easier. I love that I can turn it on before I get home or adjust the flame and lighting without getting off the couch. The app is simple to use, and everything connects smoothly. Also, nice to see the status of the fireplace at a glance.

Can't get past the email confirmation during registration. I just need a way to adjust the temp on the fireplace. The remote has forgotten how to set a "smart" temp. I thought the app would help. The app used to let me change colors of the lights. But now I can't even get into the app. Frustrating all around. The remote doesn't work and the app doesn't work. Quite the expensive fireplace that just sits and looks pretty 😡😡😡

Thermostat will not connect to Wi-Fi. App is completely useless. Even after a new thermostat, it will not connect. It's complete garbage. Napoleon should be ashamed
